I have a tough time with Christmas cards. I love the idea of them but not the actual execution part. I want to make them personal but don't really know how. I want to make them myself but get scared. I lose the addresses of people that have moved. I end up, half the time, not getting any out. If I do get them out they are the store bought kind with only my (and my family's) signature, maybe a Love, included. I think cards are supposed to be fun and meaningful, no?
"Christmas! The very word brings joy to our hearts. No matter how we may dread the rush, the long Christmas lists for gifts and cards to be bought and given--when Christmas Day comes there is still the same warm feeling we had as children, the same warmth that enfolds our hearts and our homes." ~ Joan Winmill Brown
I feel the same way! Although... despite the annoyance that follows my intentions... I do actually execute my intentions... usually quite timely. Still, I feel the same way!
