What I ate yesterday:
- 2 pieces of bread, one with cream cheese and one with butter
- MacDonald's cheeseburger, small fries and iced coffee
- Dinner out at Ruby Tuesdays: some guacamole, mini-trio (one turkey burger slider, one hamburger slider and one crab cake slider) and a Margarita
What I ate today:
- 1 piece of whole grain toast with cheddar cheese
- salad with about 1/2 cup of tuna-macaroni salad and sesame-ginger dressing
- 1 bag of Stacy's pita chips
- 1 Reese's Crispy Crunchy bar
Well, at least today I had some things that were healthy.
