I know it hasn't been that long but staying on a diet seems to be impossible for me. If I see chicken fingers and French fries in the cafeteria at work I have to have them. I did and now I'm stuffed and kind of sick. Yikes! I need to somehow figure out a way to not get food just because I want it. I probably need to avoid the cafeteria.
I was good for breakfast. :-\
OK, I ate the french fries. Get over it. Start again. Be better. Think before you order and then, if you order the "wrong" thing, only eat half of whatever it is. My new rules.

So far I've lost 3.8 pounds.
For breakfast I ate a quarter of a cranberry muffin. I knew I shouldn't be eating this but I really wanted it. It turned out to be not that good.
Lisa and I met Carroll at the Tewksbury Inn for lunch. We all had the pulled pork sandwich which was delicious. Not exactly diet friendly though. On a good note: I didn't eat (too many of) the homemade chips.
Starting to slide again. I had another quarter of the muffin, EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T EVEN LIKE it that much! I need to think before I just put food in my mouth.
Eating plan day 2. I did better today except I had a bran muffin for breakfast. But at least I only ate the top of it. For lunch I had a salad, an avocado, some chicken with sesame ginger dressing. Grapes and half an apple for snack. But now I'm hungry. And I don't want to exercise.
For dinner we had bratwurst, potato cakes and salad. I shouldn't have eaten the potato but it was there...
Today is the first day of my new eating program. Not a diet! An eating program. And on this program I need to lose (for now) 14 pounds. So far, so not good. The good: For breakfast I had non-fat yogurt with blueberries and granola (not so good). The bad: I had a chicken salad sandwich for lunch. Well, I was hungry. Not to mention the fact that we're having chicken for dinner. I'm hoping the fact that I have to blog about this eating program every day will help.
If I follow the Weight Watchers plan I have 6 points left for the day. If I follow the South Beach plan I already blew it with the granola and bread.
